This branding session with Nita was so much fun!

I reached out to Nita after photographing her family earlier this year, because I absolutely love the way she creates content and I wanted to support her by capturing her in her element.

When I arrived, we started by chatting through the kind of content she creates, where she usually works, and what she wanted to showcase. From there, we built a plan for the session so everything felt intentional but still natural.

We began in the kitchen, capturing her filming content for a coffee brand — from making her coffee to behind-the-scenes shots of her setup, including her tripod and phone in action.

Then we moved to the couch, where she was working on her laptop with a coffee in hand. This gave us the perfect opportunity to document the “behind the scenes” side of her work  emails, contracts, and content planning.

Next, we photographed her creating content with different products she’s received from brands, showing the real, everyday work that goes into what she does.

We finished the session with a few classic headshots to round out her portfolio.
