Sam has been a client—and now a friend—since March 2022, when she booked me for her maternity session. I had the joy of capturing her newborn every month during the first year of his life, and over that time we became really close.

Sam has always amazed me with how calm, thoughtful, and capable she is. The way she parents is gentle, kind, and inspiring. So when she told me she was going to university to become a teacher, I was beyond excited for her—and for all the future children who will get to learn from her. Sam is just one of those people you just know is going to be an AMAZING teacher!

Despite everything the last three years threw her way, she persevered and graduated at the end of 2025. Of course, I had to capture this huge milestone for her!

The session took place in two parts: first at the Domain with her two classmates, and then at Kell Park with her two beautiful kiddos. Since her kids had a prior engagement on Sunday, we scheduled an additional time to ensure these important images were captured—it was simply too special not to!
